Yorktown School District PCB Lawsuit vs. Monsanto
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Education hereby retains the law firm of Kennedy & Madonna, LLP to bring legal action against various defendants, including Monsanto Company, for damages incurred by the Yorktown Central School District as a result of PCB contaminated caulking and other materials in the District’s buildings in accordance with an Attorney Retention Agreement, dated October 4, 2007
